Welcome to Lookout Pointes! The Lookout Pointes HOA keeps the subdivision clean and in line with the covenant and deed restrictions. HOA dues are collected annually: the 1st of January and will be $250.00. If you are planning an addition, a modification, or a building on your property, you will first need to understand the guidelines and fill out a Architecture Review Form. Mailbox Plan»

Lookout Pointes subdivision, being a member of the Timberlake neighborhoods, desires to maintain the standard look of the entire Timberlake neighborhood regarding mailboxes. Mailboxes may be purchased through Todd Chapman, (803) 932-4662. He will construct, paint and install a complete mailbox. Requests for mailboxes other than this plan should be submitted to the Lookout Pointes ACC for review. There is not a review fee for this service to homeowners.
