Association Management

We manage small and large associations all over South Carolina. We basically do three things: accounting, enforcing, and communicating. Most people unfamiliar with running businesses do not understand the work involved these matters. Making sure all the bills are paid and everyone pays their bills takes more than 50% of our resources. Filing, handling calls, answering emails, as well as, taxes, court cases, and financial reports are just a part of the accounting side. Enforcing the covenants is another large part of our work. We drive the neighborhoods to make sure the rules are followed. Citations are mailed, and fines are recorded. We organize board meetings, annual meetings, and correspondence with the association members. We enjoy our job, and look forward with working with your association.
