Welcome to Welsford & Smith Realty LLC
Welsford Rental Homes started in 1999 when David Welsford
began buying, renovating, and renting houses in downtown Columbia. In 2001 he began to take
on the management of properties owned by others. He hired an office staff, and began Welsford
Property Management.
In 2008 Welsford Property Management LLC began to focus solely on Home Owners Associations. We are a different kind of
property Management Company. We do more than the bookkeeping and accounting. We tour the neighborhoods and inspect the
common areas. We enforce the covenants and deed restrictions. We do newsletters. We create a website for the community to
post the covenants, newsletters, pool rules, pay on-line, etc. We establish meetings for the community and the board. We
protect the board from the members.
