Application Request

Please click on the link below to download a copy of the Rental Application. The application fee is $40.00. This is for a single application or two applications for a married couple. If the lease will be signed by more than one individual, an application must be filled out by each signer, and a fee for each application will apply. Application fees are non-refundable. Instructions are on the application as to what is needed to process the application. You can mail in the application or bring it by our office during business hours.

Qualifications for approval are a credit score of 500 or above, good rental history, and a stable job for at least a year. Exceptions are made for students.

Please click this button below to pay online if you are a single applicant or if you are married. Please note there will be a $5.00 processing fee added to the Application fee to process your payment online. The total cost to apply online is $40.00.

Anyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the rental being applied for will need to fill out an applicatin as well. The application fee is $40.00. Please click on the pay button below to apply for additional applicants. Note: you will need to do this for each additional applicant.
