Please click on the link below to download a copy of the Rental Application. Application fee is $35.00 to apply in person. This is for a single application or if you are married it is one cost for 2 applications. Application fees are non-refundable. Instructions are on the application as to what is needed to process the application. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and on Fridays 10:00 am to 3:30 pm. You can mail in the application or bring it by our office during business hours.

Qualifications for approval are a credit score of 500 or above, good rent history and a stable job history of at least a year. If less, than prior job history is needed.

Please click this button below to pay online if you are a single applicant or if you are married. Please note there will be a $5.00 processing fee added to the Application fee to process your payment online. The total cost to apply online is $40.00.

Anyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the rental being applied for will need to fill out an applicatin as well. The first application is $35.00 to apply in person or $40.00 if applying online. Each additional application is $10.00 to apply in person or $15.00 if applying online.
